Overview

Our client's primary focus is to collaborate with others in order to enhance healthcare accessibility and address disparities in care, both at the individual and community levels. Handling such a crucial responsibility and their substantial growth, our client frequently needs to undertake extensive talent acquisition initiatives to find enthusiastic, dependable, and skilled individuals within very tight timeframes.


We have worked with this client on multiple scaling projects for their technology and R&D hubs. We worked to understand their Employee Value Proposition (EVP), what resonated with current employees that could be marketed to potential hires, ensuring always that their brand was fully protected and respected in the marketplace.

Project 1

The challenge:

To build out 4 scrum teams to support the client in winning a new partnership deal for healthcare sector. 

The need:

Scrum Team: 8 developers, 4 Front end developers, 4 testers, 2PM, 2 BA. 

The solution:

To mobilize within 4 weeks.

The outcome:

Scrum teams mobilized on time and project successfully delivered.

Tech stack: Java, Angular, Azure, AWS, Springboot.

Project 2

The challenge:

To help grow out a team for a new data portal project with healthcare client within 2 weeks.

The need:

12 developers (fullstack), 4 QA, 1 PM, 6 Data engineers.

The solution:

To build several scrum teams to sit within the client's current team and help grow out a new portal project.

The outcome:

All hires successfully made within requested deadline.  
Tech stack: Java, AWS, Kafka, Azure, Rest API

Project 3

The challenge:

To build 2 scrum teams for a new part of the business.

The need:

Python developers with Big Data experience x 12, PM X 2. 

The solution:

To deliver 2 Scrum Teams onsite within 6 weeks.

Tech stack:

Application composed of two areas of interest.

One, reactive front-end web UI with RESTful backend. This is a standard FSE type role with the following strengths:

  • Python
  • Vue.js
  • Typescript  
  • PostgreSQL RDBMS
  • GCP 

The second half of this suite is more data science oriented, but still python.
